The best phone number you should use to text with customers is your current landline or VoIP business number that your customers are already calling you on. Not only will you be increasing communication efficiency by using the same phone number to take calls and business text messages, you'll also reduce confusion from customers trying to figure out what number to call and what number to text you on. Texty Pro service supports U.S. and Canadian landline or VoIP numbers.
The best phone number you should use to text with customers is your current 10 digit landline or VoIP business number that your customers are already calling you on. Also known as 10 DLC number, your 10 Digit Long Code number is a local 10-digit phone number that can receive text messages by text-enabling it on Texty Pro. 10 DLC messaging is the new standard for text messaging in the US and applies to all text messages sent and received over the 10 digit phone numbers including landline and VoIP numbers.
Texty Pro business texting service supports U.S. and Canadian landline or VoIP phone numbers. We currently do not support mobile, short code or toll-free phone numbers.
