Create an account
Sign up on our website https://texty.pro to create an account. Click on the “Get started” and select a suitable plan for your business needs. We offer three plans that bill annually or monthly for small to large businesses. Enter your email and add a password to create a login. This is the primary business account, with complete access. You can add other user accounts can based on the Texty Pro plan chosen when signing up.
Send text messages
Once you have created an account and signed in, send your first message using the “New” button on the top of the screen. You can send a message to one or more phone numbers at a time. All text messages sent to your business number will show in the left column. Simply type a reply and send. Your recipient will receive a text message directly to their native text app with your exact response.
Edit your settings
Create contacts for customers, employees, and vendors. Add contact details and tags for easy access and use. Input your business hours to enable after hours auto reply. Any messages received after your business hours will automatically send a message to the customer with your hours or a custom message. Check out other settings like message forwarding – directing all incoming messages to an email address and/or a mobile phone number – and enable other auto replies to welcome and check in on inactive customers.
