When private note is selected, the message will not be delivered to the phone number and can only be seen by members of your business. Users can ask other members questions, make a note on an action taken, or provide information for themselves or others. 

Discuss with Direct Messages and Channels

Talk among your members with private messages in channels and direct messages. Within the same website you can send texts as well as chat with other users. The user-to-user messages are private and can only be seen by the selected members. The private messages in the team chat are separate from your incoming and outgoing SMS messages. They are a way of keeping clear communication with all your members. Discuss current customer inquiries and find the right answers using communal knowledge. 

Connect with Coworkers by Direct Messages
