If you sign up to Texty Pro using your cell phone number, our service will try to provision your cell phone number for SMS text messaging. Your mobile number is already provisioned for SMS text messaging through your mobile carrier. This means that once you sign up to Texty Pro and text-enable your mobile number, your mobile phone's default texting service will cease to function. This is why it is highly discouraged to sign up using your cell phone number as your mobile service provider already provides text messaging service for your cell phone number. Please contact us if you are sure that you want text-enable your mobile number to text using our service.
