How does the subscription billing work?

Texty Pro is a subscription based service. This means your plan renews automatically every month. You may cancel at any time during your subscription period to cancel the auto-renewal.

Texty Pro offers a subscription-based service for its landline texting platform. When you sign up for a Texty Pro account, you will choose a subscription plan based on your business needs. The plans are priced based on the number of text messages you expect to send and receive each month. Once you have chosen a plan, you will provide your existing landline number to Texty Pro, and they will enable the texting feature for that number.

Once your landline number is enabled for texting, you can begin sending and receiving text messages through the Texty Pro platform using your existing number. You can also invite team members to create their own Texty Pro accounts and use the same business phone number to send and receive text messages with their own devices.

Texty Pro charges a monthly or annual auto-recurring subscription fee for its services, and the fee varies depending on the subscription plan you choose. The subscription fees cover the use of the Texty Pro platform and the technical aspects of sending and receiving text messages through the platform. It's important to note that while landline texting does not affect your phone line, you will be charged a subscription fee for the Texty Pro SMS service.
