All you have to do is simply sign up to a our business text messaging service and verify your phone number to provision the number for 10 Digit Long Code (10 DLC) messaging with us. There are rare instances where account setup could take longer.
Do You Already Have Texting Enabled on Your Landline?
It may take longer if your phone number has a block on it or if the phone number is already provisioned for SMS messaging through another text messaging service. If you already have text messaging enabled on your landline through a different text messaging provider such as Zipwhip, follow this easy guide to transfer your phone number to a new SMS service.
Can't Text from Your Landline?
In very rare instances, the phone number provisioning process could take up to 24 hours. Test every hour or so to see if your fully set up by:
- Sending a text message from Texty Pro to see if outbound messaging is working
- Sending a text message to your landline number from your mobile phone to see if inbound message is working
