How to change my business name or profile photo in Texty Pro?
To update your business name or profile photo in Texty Pro, log in as the account admin and go to the Settings page. To change your business name, navigate to the General tab and update the Business Name field. You can also update your business profile photo or logo from the same General tab by adding or replacing your business logo. To update your personal profile photo, go to the Profile tab and upload a new image. Keep reading to learn more.
How to change my business name or profile photo
You can change your business name and profile image at any time. You can make the changes in the general tab located in the settings page.
Changing your business name
Your business name will be used in places such as the TCPA Compliance Opt-in Consent message and the Text Us Widget.
To update your business name or business profile photo in Texty Pro, log in as the account admin and go to the Settings page.
- To change your business name, navigate to the General tab and update the Business Name field.
- To update your business profile photo or logo, also go to the General tab and add or replace your business logo.
To update your personal profile photo, go to the Profile tab and upload a new image.
Be sure to save your changes before leaving the page.
Note: Your business name, user names, and profile photos are for internal use only and do not appear to your customers. Customers will only see your messages and your phone number as the sender ID.
