How to Automatically Send Review Request Texts After Customer Conversations

Texty Pro makes it easy to collect customer feedback by allowing you to automatically send review requests after conversations end. There are two ways to trigger these requests:

Manually Archive the Conversation

You can send a review request by archiving a conversation once it's finished. This is ideal if you prefer to control exactly when the conversation has concluded.

How to set it up:

  1. Log in to your Texty Pro account.
  2. Go to Settings > Account > Settings & Permissions.
  3. Click on the Reviews tab.
  4. Enable the option to send a review request when a conversation is archived.

Automatically Archive After Inactivity

If you’d rather automate the process, you can set Texty Pro to automatically archive conversations after a certain number of days without activity. Once archived, the system will automatically send a review request.

How to set it up:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Settings & Permissions.
  2. Click the Reviews tab.
  3. Enable the option to send a review request upon automatic archiving.
    1. Set the number of days for inactivity before a conversation is archived in the Settings & Permissions tab.

Tip:

Make sure your review message is customized and ready to go in the same Reviews tab to give your customers a great experience.
