How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Billing. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button to initiate the cancellation process. Please note that canceling your subscription will permanently erase all your data, and no refunds will be issued as per the Terms of Service. If you're within the 14-day free trial period, you can cancel at any time without incurring charges. For monthly or annual subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Keep reading to learn more.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your account at any time during your subscription by signing into Texty Pro and heading to Settings > Billing > and clicking on Cancel Subscription button. You may also send us an email from the email address associated with your account to support@texty.pro.

  • Free Trial: No charges will be made if you cancel within your 14-day free trial period.
  • Monthly Subscription: Your monthly subscription will close at the end of your monthly billing period.
  • Annual Subscription: Your annual subscription will close at the end of your annual billing period.

  • Data Retention: Once your account is closed, your data will be permanently erased.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be made per our Terms of Service.
