You can easily forward incoming text messages sent to your business number from your Texty Pro account to your email address, keeping you informed even when not signed in. To enable this, log into Texty Pro and go to Settings, then open the Message Forwarding tab and toggle on "Forward to Email." Enter the email address you want notifications sent to and click Save Changes. You can update or disable this anytime in your settings. Forward text messages to your email address

To receive incoming messages to an email address, you can enable email forwarding in your Texty Pro account. This will notify you of new messages even while not signed into your account. To set it up you must log into your Texty Pro account and update your settings.

How to forward text messages

Set up email forwarding:

  1. Select the settings page using the gear icon on the left side of the page
  1. Select the Message Forwarding page 
  1. Press the toggle next to Forward to Email to turn on, it will turn blue when on, grey when off
  1. Enter an email address where you would like to receive emails of incoming messages to your business number and click on Save Changes.

You can enable it, disable it, and change the email address as needed. You will receive an email with the contents of the incoming message, but you must log into your Texty account to respond.
