How do I use Texty Pro to send & receive text messages with customers?

Once you sign up to our business text messaging service, simply sign in on any modern web browser or download our iOS app or Android app to start sending and receiving sms text messages directly on your landline phone number.

Sending a Message is Simple with Texty Pro

Once you sign up to our business text messaging service, simply sign in on any modern web browser or download our iOS app or Android app to start sending and receiving SMS text messages directly on your landline phone number.

Send a new text message on your computer:

  1. Click on the new message icon on the Texty Pro SMS page

 


  1. Enter the phone number(s) you would like to send a text message to and/or select from your existing contacts below by selecting one or more checkbox next to the contact names
  1. Hit enter on your keyboard or add a comma after each phone number to add another number
  2. Type your message into the text box at the bottom of the screen
  3. Click the Send button

Receiving text messages is even easier with your landline phone number

Once you have created your Texty Pro account and text-enabled your landline phone number, all text messages sent to your phone number can be viewed in your account. No other steps are required from you or your customers, regular SMS and MMS from a phone's native texting app will be delivered as they are sent.

Receiving text messages on your Texty Pro account

  1. Provide your existing landline phone number to customers, letting them know you can receive calls and text messages
  2. Any text sent to your text-enabled landline number will be delivered to your Texty Pro account
  3. Total unread message count is displayed in the messaging icon in the left menu 
  1. New channels are automatically created for each new contact. New incoming messages will show with an unread count badge on the channel.
