Setting up your business details
How to set up your business details such as your business address or hours of operations
1. Log in to Texty Pro web app
Visit https://chat.texty.pro to sign in to the Texty Pro web app
2. Go to Settings
Click on the Settings (gear icon) from the navigation bar on the top left corner
3. Click on Workplace Information
- Change the business address and hours
- Change your profile information under My Profile name, display name, and job title
- Check your plan information and current usage under Plan & Billing
