How do I start a paid subscription?

Texty Pro subscriptions are auto-renewing, and your paid subscription will begin automatically after the 14-day free trial ends. You can manually start your paid subscription earlier by logging in as the admin, going to Settings > Billing, and clicking on the Start Paid Subscription button. Keep reading to learn more.

Starting your Texty Pro paid subscription

Texty Pro subscriptions are auto-renewing, and your paid subscription will begin automatically after the 14-day free trial ends.


You can manually start your paid subscription earlier by logging in as the admin, going to Settings > Billing, and clicking the Start Paid Subscription button. This is helpful if you'd like to remove the "Sent via Texty Pro" watermark message or if you've used up the 100 free SMS credits included in your 14-day trial.

After submission, your account, billing information, and details will be reviewed by a team member. Your paid subscription will then be activated, usually within an hour. If you make the request during off-hours, activation will occur on the next business day. For urgent requests, feel free to email support@texty.pro.

Once your account is reviewed and payment is processed, it will automatically upgrade to a paid subscription, giving you full access to all premium business texting features without any interruption to your conversations. If you don’t see the changes to your account's billing status, please refresh your browser.
