What are billing overages?

Overages occur when you send or receive more text messages than what is included in your subscription plan. Each Texty Pro plan comes with a monthly message allowance (SMS credits). If your business exceeds that limit, additional messages are billed as overages at the standard per-message rate. This ensures that your conversations continue without interruption even after your included allotment is used up. You can keep track of your usage in your Account > Subscription section. If you consistently exceed your limit, you may want to upgrade to a higher plan to save on overage costs.
